Introduction
These terms and conditions help outline the rules and regulations for the use of the OUREASYGAME mobile app. By accepting these terms and conditions, we assume that you agree to all of the following statements.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and us. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Communications
The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

For the students: help the communication between students and tutor should strictly rely on the OUREASYGAME application. Any form of private communication between both parties is forbidden. No kind of personal information should be shared between both parties. The student should not negotiate the fixed price rates with the tutor, as they are just an employee and are not able to do so. If in need of anything, the student should reach out to the OUREASYGAME hotline and discuss with them.

For the tutors: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the tutor is automatically signing the consultancy’s Non-disclosure agreement as well as the Non-compete agreement in order to start working with OUREASYGAME. The tutor should not under any circumstance discuss the private chat between them and the student outside of the application, or disclose any sort of private information with the student. The tutor should not negotiate the fixed price rates with the tutor, as they are just an employee and are not able to do so. All communication should be done in either one of these three languages: English, French, and Modern Standard Arabic (excluding MSN language).

User Account
If you are an owner of an account on this application, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

License
Unless otherwise stated, Our Easy Game and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Our Easy Game. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Our Easy Game for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:
• Republish material from Our Easy Game
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Our Easy Game
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Our Easy Game
• Redistribute content from Our Easy Game

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
